In 2021, the Arizona Legislature passed HB2454 and it was signed by Arizona Governor Doug Ducey on May 5, 2021. This legislation was a large scale expansion of Telehealth in the State of Arizona. A.R.S.§36-3606 requires a health care provider who is not licensed in Arizona to Register with the Applicable Arizona Healthcare provider Board before providing telehealth services to patients in Arizona. This Registration does not allow for a full license to practice in Arizona. If you wish to obtain a full license you will need to contact the appropriate licensing Board and apply for a license.
